Size Up is an online retailer and does not have a physical retail store. Parcels will be couriered to your door (to the address you supplied) by Courier Guy and Postnet (cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes). If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign the delivery receipt e.g. family member, staff, etc.

If we receive your proof of payment before 11:15 on a business day, we dispatch your parcel immediately and send it to The Courier Guy couriers for delivery to your physical address, during business hours. Delivery via courier takes one to two weekdays.

If you preferred to collect your parcel rather than have it delivered, we can send it to your nearest PostNet branch for you to collect from the counter – this takes 2-3 days from dispatch.

You can pay by EFT, by credit card, OR by arranging with your bank to make an electronic transfer to our account on your behalf. Just contact us by email for a quote, and we will assist with the necessary.

All orders made electronically are processed immediately, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Sizeup.co.za cannot guarantee stock. Shipping
