Size Up is an online retailer and does not have a physical retail store. Parcels will be couriered to your door (to the address you supplied) by Aramex (cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes). If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign the delivery receipt e.g. family member, staff, etc.
FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY on all orders over R300. If your order is for less than R300 you will automatically be charged an additional R99 for delivery/shipping at Check Out.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY on all orders, placed before 11:15 am on a business day.
If you would prefer to collect your parcel rather than have it delivered, we can send it to your nearest PostNet Branch for you to collect from the counter – this takes 2-3 days from dispatch.
FOR INTERNATIONAL: We are based in South Africa, but we have many customers from neighboring countries such as Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, etc, and often send parcels internationally. All you need to do is arrange payment and shipping, as unfortunately shipping is not included for international destinations.
You can pay by EFT, by credit card OR by arranging with your bank to make an electronic transfer to our account on your behalf. Just contact us by email for a quote and we will assist with the necessaries.
ONLY Once your funds have cleared our account, we send your parcel by SAPO Registered Airmail (approx. 10-15 working days) or by DHL (5-7 working days).
All orders made electronically are processed immediately, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

Average Delivery time frames are as follow:
- Central Cape Town and surrounds 1 working day
- National (all major cities) 1 working days
- Regional (all other areas) 1 to 3 working days
